​Samosas and Eggplant Chutney

Winter cooking is so easy when all the work was done in the summer. Tonight we made Samosas. Same rules-an* for non-farm ingredients.

  • Potatoes
  • Frozen Peas
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cumin, Corriander, Curry Spice, Mustard seed*
  • Butter*
  • All wrapped up in a dough made from
  • Flour
  • Butter*
  • Homemade Yogurt from store bought Milk*
  • On the side, our Eggplant Chutney made with the last picking of Eggplant.
  • Eggplant
  • Lots of Garlic
  • Onions
  • Chilis
  • Honey
  • Vinegar*
