Samosas and Eggplant Chutney
Winter cooking is so easy when all the work was done in the summer. Tonight we made Samosas. Same rules-an* for non-farm ingredients.
- Frozen Peas
- Cumin, Corriander, Curry Spice, Mustard seed*
- All wrapped up in a dough made from
- Homemade Yogurt from store bought Milk*
- On the side, our Eggplant Chutney made with the last picking of Eggplant.
- Lots of Garlic
