We have so many eggs right now that we have to go out of our way to make eggy things. Homemade pasta is always a good option. So one night this week it was noodles and one it was lasagna.

Noodles with Pancetta

  • Sauteed garlic and pancetta
  • Another egg whisked in
  • Pasta water
  • Cheese*


  • Tomato sauce
  • Frozen spinach
  • Cheese*
  • Kalamata Olives*
