Blue Corn Tortillas

WINTER 2011 has already had some great farm meals. The choices are more limited than summer. The challange is to make something new out of the same things over and over. Unless noted with an * , food is grown and produced here at our farm. This was Louie's Birthday dinner.

  • We made Tortillas fro our Black Aztec Corn, cooked in lime and ground
  • Black Beans cooked with garlic
  • Slasa canned from summer 2010
  • Fermented Green and Red Chilis
  • Chopped Spanish White onion
  • Sauteed Pork Tenderloin
  • Grated Organic Jack Cheese*
  • Fresh Limes*
