Swiss Chard or Spinach Gratin
Sautee Chard stems and then leaves(or the spinach) on high heat with a little garlic or onion
Set aside
Make a roux with 3Tbls butter and 3Tbls flour
Whisk in 1 cup milk
Layer in a buttered 8x8: Greens, Roux, Cheeses
Salt and Fresh Pepper
Bake at 350 for 30min
Thin slices of buttered bread on top can be nice
