2013 CSA
Community Supported Agriculture-CSA
There are three ways to participate in our CSA: Spring, Summer and Winter.
- In the spring we produce salad greens and other salad fixings in our various field tunnels.
- Membership in our Summer CSA gives access to a wide variety of fresh vegetables, seasonally produced and carefully handled. Each week's harvest is stored in our walk-in cooler that serves as the member's personal farmer's market. Some vegetables are portioned but most are available in sufficient quantities to allow members to take what they like.
- Our Winter Share consists of a bushel basket at both Thanksgiving and Christmas of both storage vegetables and the last of the green fresh food from our season extending tunnels.
